Yes, we do collect end-user feedback using our "sendUserFeedback" API. You can send a value between 1 to 5 for the overall conference quality, or for the audio/video. Additionally, you can also the end-user to wtite a comment. We categorize the 5 point score in to three categories:
- Excellent (5)
- Acceptable (4, 3)
- Dissatisfactory (2, 1)
The reason is that the end-users are often unable to score correctly, and often the score between 2 to 4 are uncorrelated. Our observations lead to re-categorizing the points into three level score, which seems to work better.
