Here are the steps to follow:
1. If you haven't already created one, please create an account (Sign In).
2. Once you have created an account, you can click on Submit a Request for all new tickets.
3. You can click on My Requests to follow up on your previous requests and their status (see example below).
Please keep in mind that you will only be able to access your ticket history if you are signed in when making the request.
