Here are the steps to follow:
1. If you haven't done it yet, please create an account ("Sign in"): https://help.callstats.io/hc/en-us
2. From this point on, you can click on "Submit a request" for all new tickets.
3. You should also be able to click on "My activities" to follow up on your previous requests and their status (see example below):
Please keep in mind that you will only be able to access your ticket history if you are signed in when making the request.
