Twilio Insights provide different metrics in the WebRTC and SIP side. Metrics available in Twilio insights are the following:
- Call Progress Events: Initiated, Ringing, In-Progress, Bye
- Network Metrics: Incoming and outgoing jitter, packet lost, Packets sent and received
- Call details: Type of call, User Agent, Call ID, Signalling IPs, Media IPs
While Twilio provides this information per call, callstats.io provides a greater number of statistics and graphs per call , events such as dominant speaker, audio mute/unmute, video sharing, etc.
Apart from providing individual details, callstats.io also aggregates metrics from the calls in the webRTC system, usability metrics, pre-call test metrics, AI notifications, and allows the customer to filter out all this information based on dynamic filters provided for a further analysis.
